Usage minutes
Paid plans include a set number of minutes each month. Flexible includes none. Auto-reload is the only way to add more: it tops up at $5 per 500 minutes, processing fee included, and reloaded minutes never expire. On Flexible, auto-reload needs to be on for your agents to run.

Credits are a second balance that you top up whenever you like. A processing fee of 7% + $0.55 is added to each top-up, so it never comes out of your credits.
